Participation Conditions for ECP 2027

¹ Students are requested to send a copy of their valid student card/pass or a written confirmation of their supervisor. Student rate is only available for full time students.
² Members of organising societies are requested to upload a membership proof (copy of membership card or membership invoice) to qualify for membership fee. Organising societies  are APGI, APV, SITELF/ADRITELF. 

Registration instructions

1. Use the correct email address for attendees
Please make sure to use the same accound or the same email address for attendee conference registration as the one used for abstract submission. This allows us to correctly identify participants and link their abstract submissions with their registration .

2. Payment methods and deadlines
Payment must be made using the methods indicated on the registration page.
Please respect the payment deadline - for offline payments, the deadline is 14 days after registration/ticket purchase - to confirm your registration. Your participation is only guaranteed once payment has been received.

3. Group registration
Group registrations (up to 10 participants) may also be submitted by a person who is not attending the congress.

The person submitting the group registration is responsible for providing complete and accurate information  for all participants, including names, email addresses (see point 1 above), and selected registration options. 

4. Confirmation and tickets
Once payment has been completed, each participant - including participants registered as part of a group registration - will receive a personal confirmation email containing their individual registration confirmation and ticket.
